AR · Augmented Reality

Put your product in the customer’s room.

Augmented reality places photoreal 3D products, guides and stories into the real world through a phone camera — often straight from a web link.

What is augmented reality (AR)?

Augmented reality (AR) overlays digital content — 3D models, labels or animations — onto a live view of the real world, usually through a smartphone camera or smart glasses. Unlike virtual reality, the user still sees their surroundings. Businesses use AR for product try-on, furniture placement, interactive packaging, navigation and hands-on training.

Capabilities

What we build with AR.

01

WebAR

AR that launches from a link or QR code in the browser — no app download, so far more people actually try it.

02

3D product visualisation

True-to-scale, photoreal 3D models of your products that customers can place, rotate and inspect.

03

Virtual try-on

Face and body tracking for eyewear, jewellery, cosmetics and apparel.

04

AR marketing & packaging

Image-tracked experiences that bring print, packaging and events to life.

05

AR training & guidance

Step-by-step overlays on machines and workspaces for faster, safer onboarding.

06

Native AR apps

iOS and Android apps built on ARKit, ARCore and Unity AR Foundation.

Use cases

How teams use augmented reality.

You receive

  • Optimised 3D models (glTF & USDZ)
  • WebAR or native AR app
  • Analytics setup
  • Hosting & launch support
  • Source files
01

Retail & e-commerce

See-it-in-your-room product views on product pages to reduce returns and hesitation.

02

Real estate

Furnish empty rooms or show finished buildings on site.

03

Manufacturing

Maintenance instructions anchored to the real equipment.

04

Events & brands

Interactive posters, packaging and activations people share.

Process

Prototype first. Then scale.

01

Discover

We map your goal, users and constraints, then recommend the right mix of AI, AR, VR or XR — or tell you plainly when none of them fits.

02

Prototype

A clickable or wearable prototype in weeks, not months, so you can test the idea with real people before committing a full budget.

03

Build

Production engineering with weekly demos: 3D assets, interaction, AI models, integrations, testing on real devices.

04

Launch & train

We ship to stores, the web or your headsets — and train your team through the ZAspect Academy so you are never locked in.

FAQ

AR questions, answered.

Short, direct answers. Still curious? Ask us anything →

Do customers need to download an app for AR?

Not with WebAR. It opens in the phone’s browser from a link or QR code. Native apps are better for advanced tracking or repeated use, and we will advise which fits.

Which phones support AR?

Most iPhones from the last several years and most mid-range and flagship Android phones with Google Play Services for AR support it.

Can you turn our product photos into 3D models?

Yes. We create 3D models from photos, CAD files or the physical product using modelling and photogrammetry, then optimise them for mobile.

What is the difference between AR and VR?

AR adds digital content to the real world you can still see. VR replaces your view entirely with a virtual environment inside a headset.
